POSITUM COACHING – is a concept, which basis is formed of the principle «here-and-now» (Latin «positum» - factual, existing).

One of the key points of positum coaching is that the negative part of our life, either some events or emotions, has its right to exist. We should not reject or repress it, pretending that it does not exist. It does! And positum coaching provides us with an opportunity to learn how to understand and accept it.   

Each of us has a huge inner resource, which can help us to achieve goals, solve various tasks as well as cope with negative aspects of reality, taking them at face value and sometimes even necessary. Due to it our life takes a new meaning, becomes real and unique in many ways.
